At Digitalized Arts LTD, we are committed to delivering your custom digital artwork and apparel orders efficiently, securely, and transparently. This Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be fulfilled based on the type of product purchased.

Digital Art Delivery (Vector & A.I. Portraits)

Format & File Types

We do not provide physical prints for custom artwork. (Coming Soon)

All digital art orders are fulfilled electronically in high-resolution:

1. PNG (for display/printing)
2. PDF (print-ready where applicable)
3. AI/Editable files (if included in your purchase)

These formats are compatible with most professional and local print shops worldwide.

Delivery Timeframe

✅ Sketches/First Drafts: within 3 business days of order confirmation

🎨 Final Line Art / Colored Art / A.I. Art: within 5 business days

Orders requiring custom LoRA model generation or complex edits may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any expected delays.

2. Apparel Delivery (T-Shirts & Hoodies)

Fulfillment & Shipping
All garments are made to order via our global print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically produced and shipped within:

1. Up to 2–7 business days for production
2. Up to 5–15 business days for shipping, depending on the destination

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the item has shipped. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, seasonal demand, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Method

Digital Products:

A secure download link will be shown on the checkout page immediately after purchase.

You will also receive two emails:

1. Order Confirmation with Order ID
2. Download Link for your files (retain this for future use)

If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Physical Products:A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Zones
We deliver worldwide. However, some remote areas may experience extended delivery times. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes where applicable.

5. Delivery Policy Changes
Digitalized Arts LTD reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of your order will apply.
