Delivery Policy

At Digitalized Arts LTD, we specialize in creating custom digital arts based on photos and descriptions provided by you. This delivery policy (“Policy”) outlines our delivery process. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We do not provide physical prints of the artwork. Instead, we deliver high-quality digital arts in PNG and PDF formats which are suitable for printing at any printing house. This approach allows us to serve customers all over the world and reduces delivery time.

Upon confirmation of your order, a sketch of the artwork will usually be ready within 3 days. The final line/colored/A.I. version of your artwork will be delivered up to 5 days after the purchase date.

The sketch and the final artwork will be available for download on our order tracking page. You will receive the link on the checkout page after you make a purchase. Also, two e-mails will follow with order ID and another download link for you to download it in the future.

Digitalized Arts LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of the delivery policy, as published on our website, will apply.
