Digitalized Arts LTD — Return & Cancellation Policy

At Digitalized Arts LTD, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to both custom digital artwork and physical apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies).

 

Cancellations – Digital Art & Custom Orders

 

You may cancel your custom digital art order only if it has not yet been assigned to an illustrator or entered A.I. production.

Once work has begun or files are delivered, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind once production starts.

 

2. Cancellations – Apparel Orders


Apparel orders can be cancelled only if production has not started through our print-on-demand partners.

Once the garment is submitted for printing, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or altered.

 

3. Returns & Refunds


Due to the nature of our made-to-order and digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged apparel.

 

Acceptable Return Conditions:

  1. Apparel with manufacturing defects, misprints, or shipping damage
  2. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Digital downloads
  2. Custom artwork (illustration or A.I.-generated)
  3. Apparel ordered in the wrong size, color, or style by the customer

 

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Return

Your order number

Full name

Reason for cancellation or return

Supporting evidence (e.g., photos for apparel issues)

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

 

5. Policy Changes


Digitalized Arts LTD reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all orders placed.
