1. What is Digitalized Arts?
Digitalized Arts is an online studio and storefront specializing in high-quality digital artwork, custom AI models (LoRAs), and creative assets. Our digital downloads are crafted for artists, designers, and collectors looking to elevate their creative projects, home decor, or personal collections.
2. How do I purchase digital art and assets?
Purchasing is quick and secure:
- Browse our collections and select the digital files or assets you want.
- Add them to your cart and complete the secure checkout.
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive an instant download link on the screen and via email.
3. How do I download my purchased artwork?
Immediately after completing your checkout, you'll receive a direct download link. Click the link to save the high-resolution file(s) straight to your device. (Note: Download links are also sent to your email receipt for easy access later.)
4. Why are your models headless?
Our headless models and base figures are designed to give artists a versatile, blank canvas. By removing predefined facial features, we make it easy for creators to experiment with different expressions, identities, and unique art styles without starting from scratch—saving you time while keeping full creative control over your characters.
5. What file formats will I receive?
Depending on the product purchased, your package may include high-resolution PNGs, editable vector or PSD files, and custom-trained LoRA weights (where applicable). Specific file contents are always listed on each product's description page.
6. Can I print the artwork?
Yes! You receive high-resolution files that you can print on canvas, posters, or merchandise at home or through any local/online print shop.
7. What are your licensing terms?
- Personal Use: All standard purchases include full personal use rights (for your own projects, display, and non-commercial enjoyment).
- Commercial Use: Commercial licenses are available. Please check the product details or contact us directly to discuss commercial terms.
8. What is a LoRA?
A LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) is a custom-trained AI model asset. It allows you to generate consistent characters, art styles, or specific aesthetics within your local AI generation pipeline (such as AUTOMATIC1111, ComfyUI, or Kohya_ss setups).
9. How long does custom art or LoRA training take?
For custom requests—such as bespoke vector art or personalized LoRA training—our standard turnaround time is up to 72 working hours once we begin.
Please note that delivery speed depends heavily on prompt customer communication and how quickly you provide any required reference files or prompts. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final result matches your exact vision!
10. What is your refund policy for digital downloads?
Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access delivery, all sales of digital downloads, files, and LoRAs are final. However, if you experience any technical issues with a file or download link, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
