At Digitalize Arts LTD, we take pride in creating custom, unique artwork for our customers. Each piece is uniquely designed based on specific photos and descriptions provided by you. As such, each piece is unique to the individual customer and cannot be resold or reused. This return policy (“Policy”) outlines our return process. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Due to the personalized nature of the products we create, we cannot accept returns. Every piece of art we create is unique, custom-made to order, and has no re-sale value, therefore, all sales are final.

This policy applies unless you receive a product that is fundamentally different from the product described or previewed during the order process, in which case, please contact our customer support immediately.

Digitalize Arts LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of the return policy, as published on our website, will apply.
